Join us for an evening celebrating Perchance Estates Wine, a company founded by North Shore Natives, and produced by Mike Smith-one of the most celebrated winemakers in the United States with accolades from Wine Enthusiast, Wine Spectator, and Wine Advocate. In 2012, three of his wines were even selected for the prestigious Flavor Napa Valley “Legends of Napa Valley Definitive Tasting.
Chef Dominic Zumpano has created a 5-course dinner to highlight the passion and precision of these handcrafted wines. The evening starts with passed appetizers and bubbles at 6:00, Followed by a seated dinner at 6:30.
