It is our absolute honor and privilege to welcome world renowned vintner and wine maker Paul Hobbs and his prestigious and ground breaking Argentinian winery Vina Cobos.
In 1988, Paul Hobbs took his first trip to South America and found is way to Mendoza where he fell in love with the mountains and deep history of Argentinean wine making. In 1998 Paul Hobbs created Vina Cobos and has continued to pioneer Argentinian viticulture exploring the terroir and growing regions that encompass Mendoza
This 5 course dinner will not only explore the Argentine inspirations associated with El Che but also the beauty and diversity of South American wines from the perspective of Paul Hobbs and his team.
We will have a 6pm reception to allow everyone to arrive at the restaurant with a 6:30pm seating for the official start of the evening.
