Beginning in the 19th century, waves of Germans & Austrians settled in Latin America, becoming communities preserving their traditions. Pozuzo, a town in the Peruvian Amazon was founded in 1859. Pozuzo celebrates a distinct Oktoberfest blending Bavarian beer, polkas and German folk dances with Peruvian food and rhythms of the Amazon. This dinner will be in the spirit of the Peruvian Oktoberfest.
Our Passport Dinner Series is our way of sharing our craft with like-minded souls who appreciate the artisan craft of cooking. A private event focusing on the fusion of different flavors from around the world with Peruvian ingredients to provide a unique dining experience that will delight your taste buds. It is a way for us to share our love of Peruvian culture in a fun & exciting way, building a community of foodies one bite at a time.
