Pairing & Entertaining With Wine & Cheese: FORTIFIED Wines

Cost: $70

Each Sunday in November, we will be hosting a new guided tasting & pairing class to help prepare you for hosting holiday parties & to taste our favorite fall & winter wines! In this class, we will be tasting a curated board with 2 cheeses alongside 1 charcuterie, chocolate, cracker pairing & jam, each selected to pair perfectly with certain styles of wines. For this class, we will be featuring five fortified wines - perfect for holiday celebrations or an after dinner cozy night in with some cheese!

Please indicate when booking if you are vegetarian - we will substitute the charcuterie for a third cheese!

If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
