Paella, a delicious blend of rice, vegetables, seafood, meat and spices, originated as farm laborer’s food in Spain – cooked by the workers in the open air with ingredients that were ready at hand.
We’ll enjoy fresh-shucked oysters and stunning vineyard views as we watch our chefs prepare two different paellas in the traditional way, in giant pans over an open flame. Then, we’ll feast on paella paired with PEJU’s portfolio of world-class wines and finish off the evening with a selection of Spanish-inspired desserts and a Flamenco guitar performance.
