While we love our American producers, it's no secret that Europe is where most of our ancient & classic cheeses come from. Join us for this interactive tasting & class as we cover our favorite people producing cheese from the other side of the Atlantic. We will taste and learn the when, why, where, and how of each cheese. In addition to a full belly, you'll come away with a better understanding of some cheeses you've maybe heard of but never really got to know on a deeper level.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
