While we love our European producers, it's no secret that we keep our case full of our favorite stateside creameries as well. Join us for this interactive tasting & class as we cover five different cheeses produced here in the States. We will taste and learn the when, why, where, and how of each cheese and the history of how dairy farming & cheesemaking came to be in the US. In addition to a full belly, you'll come away with a better understanding of some incredible producers & cheesemakers.
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
