This is a great opportunity to find out what it’s all about, to access our winemakers favorites plus some ‘educational’ gems. Taste through 3 flights (1-amber, 2-orange, and 3-amphora reds) of spectacular complex natural wines, made with skin contact during fermentation and/or aging, many of which were produced in clay amphora or qvevri. These wines all reflect some intersection between natural wine and ancient techniques in a modern world. A total of 12 wines. PLUS this is a “STOCK YOUR CELLAR” event where the wines are available for sale.
