Bring back Sunday suppers around the dinner table! Gather your family in the kitchen, then watch or cook along with Chef Aarika as she brings you a new dinner theme each session! This week visit the rich and diverse delights of Turkey!  End the weekend on a great note and your dinner will be ready at the end of class.

• Kisir Salad – Bulgar Wheat Tomato Herb Salad
• Lamb Kofte with Tahini Roasted Eggplant
• Homemade Pide Flatbread with Muhammara (Roasted Red Pepper Walnut Dip)
• Turkish Delights (A Rose Water Pistachio Candy)
