We’re delighted to be coming back to one of Calgary’s top restaurants, Oxbow, in Hotel Arts Kensington, for one evening only, to treat ourselves to a very special pairing dinner!
Executive Chef Quinn Staple and Chef de Cuisine Myles Perry are creating a menu just for our dinner, and we’re carefully pairing it to perfectly complement the flavours of the dishes.
It’s a deliciously indulgent evening with a 5-course premium pairing meal of with imaginative plates prepared using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, in Oxbow’s Private Dining Room for a smaller number of guests.
