For February, we decided to do our first lunch pairing, and we’re going old school with classic Chinese American fare!
(okay, so the timing is more like brunch, but we’re calling it lunch)
We’ll start off with some Crab Rangoon, follow it up with Hot and Sour Soup, then to the main course combo of Egg Foo Young, Mongolian Beef, and Chow Mein, then finish it all off with… a fortune cookie! All catered by chef Kim Roxas.
For the wine, we’ll be pairing the 2020 Rainfall with the Rangoon, 2021 Whoa Jake! with the soup, and the 2021 Uncharted and 2021 Palisade with the main course (plus a little splash of the 2017 Vigilant to finish off that fortune cookie).
Lunch will start off just after 11 am and wrap up by 1 pm, when we’ll be open to the public and you can hang out more if you’d like.
