Azizam Wines is a Mexican wine project from Maryam Hariri, climate-change policymaker turned climate-adaptive winemaker. She honed her craft with Bichi, Mexico’s premier natural winery, before launching Azizam (‘darling’ in Farsi) to focus on climate-adaptive and uniquely Mexican grape varietals like Mission, Rosa Del Peru and Palomino sourced from old vines, lost ranches and small-scale, sustainable farms.
