We’re switching things up for our next Sel Wine Journey! This time, we’re partnering with Off Hours Bourbon to bring you a spirited evening of flavor and discovery.
Off Hours is all about rewriting the bourbon playbook: refined yet laid-back, crafted for today’s lifestyle, and made to be enjoyed beyond the “old boys’ club.” This is bourbon that invites you in.
The evening kicks off with a 6pm reception, followed by a four-course menu where each dish is paired with an Off Hours creation — crafted to highlight bourbon’s smooth, approachable character in fresh, unexpected ways.
