1st - Goat cheese and sun-dried tomato ravioli, arugula pesto and balsamic
2nd - Espresso rubbed pork cheek, parsnip, polenta, leek emulsion and a cherry mustard demi
3rd - Winter squash cake, frosting soup, candied pecans and blueberries!
