Sepia warmly invites you to join us for an intimate wine dinner celebrating the wonders of Northern Spain led by our Wine Director Jake Bennie. Chefs Andrew Zimmerman and Kyle Cottle will prepare a curated menu tailored to each wine, highlighting the rich heritage of Spanish cuisine.
We will feature wines from the northwest in Monterrei, Galicia by Quinta da Muradella and Raúl Pérez in Ribeira Sacra and Bierzo, to the northeast in Catalonia by Raventós i Blanc in Penedès, as well as Clos Mogador and Costers del Priorat, both in Priorat. Jake will discuss why these producers have caught the attention of the international stage.
Join us at 6:30 for hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine, followed by a seated dinner at 7.
