Nonna Urban Eatery, one of Old Town Scottsdale’s most delicious hidden gems, is thrilled to unveil its new summer three-course menu. Diners can choose one from each category below to customize their meal:
To Start —
Vietnamese Nems with mushrooms, vegetables, vermicelli and soy meat
Imam Bayildi featuring roasted eggplant, tomato, shallots, olive oil and mint
Hiramasa Sashimi with strawberries, huitlacoche and yuzu tobiko
Pastor Pork Chops with grilled pineapple and mezcal
Garbanzo Tabbouleh Salad with quinoa, cucumbers and pepitas
Scallops with red potato cream, sopressata and guava
Mains —
Campanelle with salmon, creamy lemon sauce, leeks and asparagus
Tagliatelle Bolognese with beef, pork and oxtail
Ravioli Quattro Formaggi with sage and walnuts
Bouillabaisse — rockfish, red snapper and cod stew served with rouille and toast
Grilled Flank Steak with chimichurri, pickled mustard seeds and yucca
Poulet a l’Estragon — creamy chicken stew featuring tarragon and carrots
Sweet Endings —
Gajar Halwa with carrots, ghee, cardamom and nut brittle
Mayan Chocolate Pots de Crème with spicy palomitas
Mamey Pana Cotta served with passionfruit coulis
