A brilliant set of Napa wines deserves an equally brilliant meal. And when you join us to meet Zeitgeist winemaker Mark Porembski and taste his wines with a meal created by The Falls Executive Chef Miljohn Dimaano…well, “brilliant” is the only word that applies!
Mark and his partner/wife/Zeitgeist co-founder Jennifer Williams work with top Napa vineyards and craft wines Wine Advocate called “nicely balanced, not too oaky, not too tannic, but concentrated, rich and remarkably seductive.” Their Trousseau Gris white is a benchmark for this rarely seen Jura grape. And the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc reds are stylish, bold and – maybe most remarkably of all – well priced!
Chef Miljohn’s menu is equally mouthwatering and make the perfect foil to all four Zeitgeist wines. Here’s the plan:
Smoked trout radicchio, arugula, grilled peaches, feta cheese, Meyer lemon vinaigrette

Baked Caponata zucchini, eggplant, peppers, red onion, tomato, basil, whipped citrus-goat cheese

Zeitgeist Cabernet Franc Sleeping Lady Vyd 2022 (JD 96 points)
