Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge presents a three-part, Music-Inspired Dinner series, in partnership with a local string quartet. Introducing a creative 4-course menu, Chef Jeffrey Hunter has curated an immersive dining experience in symphony with live classical music so guests can immerse all of the senses - tasting the flavors of Fall while listening to the musical progression of the meal, and taking in stunning views of Elliott Bay and Downtown Seattle.
On October 7th, the series will open with “Midnight in Paris,” where Chef Hunter and his team will present their interpretations of signature dishes from some of the most notable French chefs. The string quartet will begin a whimsical exploration of impressionistic classical music, French gypsy jazz and the legendary Edith Piaf as diners taste original dishes inspired by the likes of Alain Ducasse, Joel Robuchon and Daniel Boulud. From Caviar with Crab & Fennel and Torchon & Brioche to Tuna Tartare and a crescendo of Salmon & Sorel, there is a wistfulness and sense of nostalgia accompanying an explosion of flavors throughout the four-course menu.
