If a cocktail only has four ingredients, each selection is extremely important to creating a delicious masterpiece. In this exploration of the classic Martini (sorry, no olive brine, citrus or sugar here!) we’ll taste through the star elements and proportions. Students will learn what role each ingredient plays in the glass and discover how to request or make their own best version.
As in all of our classes, we’ll cover cocktail-making fundamentals, guiding participants through making (and enjoying) three cocktails – this hands-on class has something to offer both novices & professionals.
For the enjoyment of your afternoon and evening, we do not recommend coming to this class on an empty stomach.
