Mezcal has been a growing category with a lot of hype and misinformation. Zach will talk about the differences between Mexico's two most famous Agave Spirits, Tequila and Mezcal. You will get to try two examples from Tequila from famed producer Ocho. We will compare that with two Mezcals from Mezcal Vago.Zach has traveled to Mexico on three separate occasions to delve into the world of Mezcal. On one occasion he got to join the hosts of Agave Road Trip for an epic multi day deep dive through lesser known regions then Oaxaca.

Each guest will receive a welcome cocktail, a taste of four different Agave Spirits and a dinner cooked by Chef Bedell and the RIND team.
