Join us for a custom 4 course menu each paired with 1 cocktail and 3 different Mexican beers to complement. The evening begins with Blackened Shrimp Bites & Tinga Empanadas paired with a Michelada, followed by Corn Husk Wrapped Red Snapper paired with Modelo Especial, Short Rib Tacos paired with Victoria, and ends with Oreo Churros paired with Modelo Negra. Dinner begins at 6:30pm, please arrive at least 15 min early to check in. At the time of checkout, we appreciate it if you pre-select the gratuity for your service staff that evening to facilitate the check-in process. Event seating assignments are coordinated by Wildfire.
