This exclusive evening celebrates the start of peak mushroom season in the PNW with a four-course menu that showcases our heritage Meishan Pork and some of the region’s best mushrooms. Each course is paired with wines from Résolu Cellars, thoughtfully chosen to enhance every flavor.

Taste of the Menu:

• Appetizer – Mini “Lobster” Guanciale Boats (GF)
• Salad – Oyster Mushroom Carpaccio with Meishan Bacon Bites (GF)
• Entrée – Chanterelle & Meishan Ham Carbonara (GF Optional)
• Dessert – Candy Cap Crème Brûlée with Bacon Brittle Shard (GF)

Pricing:

• $115 per person – Club Members (Elemental Eats or Tap Into Wine)
• $115 per person – Non-Members

Note: If you are unable to eat mushrooms or need GF pasta, please contact us ahead of time—we’ll do our best to accommodate you with thoughtful menu adjustments. We want everyone to be able to join us!
