This exclusive evening celebrates the start of peak mushroom season in the PNW with a four-course menu that showcases our heritage Meishan Pork and some of the region’s best mushrooms. Each course is paired with wines from Résolu Cellars, thoughtfully chosen to enhance every flavor.
