Come enjoy a night out at Oak + Bean and learn the basics of grilling. In addition, you'll learn how to make a Montreal seasoning rub, compound butter, and Bernaise and blue cheese sauces to top those delicious steaks. You'll also gain the skills to make Cesar and wedge salads - the classic steak-house accompaniment!
Participants will receive personal instruction on grilling and creating the rubs, sauces, and salads, a jar of chef-made Montreal seasoning to take home, recipe cards, and a glass of wine or coffee drink.
Tickets are transferrable but not refundable.
