Taste three different types, our sparkling Grüner Veltliner next to another from Austria as well as our sparkling Riesling and Rosé alongside two German examples. After years studying and working in Austria and Germany’s wine villages, Erin has returned as the second-generation winegrower at Galen Glen. Erin will get you excited for the holidays by sharing her passion for sparkling and newly released wine. Methods of sparkling wine production and more will be detailed.
