This dinner brings together the soulful warmth of Italian cuisine from some of the best chefs in the industry with the legendary winemaker responsible for three iconic collections—Reserve, Napa Valley, and Sparkling.
Seasonality, in large part, is responsible for the superb vintages produced by Graff & the vineyard, who understand they're on Mother Nature's schedule. It's led to the winery's steady growth over the past 19 years, including accolades like Winery of the Year" by the Connoisseur's Guide to California Wine and "Napa Winemaker of the Year."
It's an honor to have their caliber of wine complement the tremendous culinary talent behind Mangiare Italiano, including Gabe Bertaccini, known for his immersive Italian dining experiences; Alex Espinoza, celebrated for his modern interpretations of Italian-American classics; Antonia Lofaso, a renowned chef and television personality with a passion for bold Italian flavors; Caroline Schiff, a James Beard-nominated pastry chef acclaimed for her innovative desserts; and Michael Toscano, praised for his refined take on rustic Tuscan cuisine.
