Join Chef Geno Bahena for an immersive, hands-on class dedicated to Mole Negro, one of Mexico’s most complex and celebrated moles. Learn traditional techniques including chile preparation, flavor layering, and the balance of spices that define this iconic dish.
At the end of the class, guests sit down together to enjoy dinner featuring the mole they prepared, followed by dessert.
