About Star Hill Farm Whisky:
Star Hill Farm Whisky seeks to maintain as much flavor as possible from soil to sip. This new whisky reflects the commitment of the Maker’s Mark Distillery and the Samuels family to environmental sustainability and regenerative agriculture. It is a straight wheat whisky rather than a bourbon. The inaugural 2025 release is distilled from 73% soft red winter wheat and 27% malted barley, aged for 7-8 years in charred new American oak barrels, and bottled uncut and unfiltered at 114.7 proof.
