Anticipation is high to learn how to make your own mozzarella cheese
Join us on December 4th at 12pm, for the Make Your Own Mozzarella event at The Grape Escape wine making school. Reservations are required and space is limited. Learn the art and science behind making your mozzarella. These fun workshops sell out well in advance, so secure your tickets today.
The cost is $85.00 per person or $160.00 per couple and includes the following:
* Hands-on instructions on how to make your own mozzarella
* Couples will be working with one another as a team
* Bring home the mozzarella you make! Usually about 2-3 balls - depending on size.
* We will teach you the proper way to freeze and unfreeze your mozzarella balls
* Three course meal that includes fresh mozzarella provided!
Note: this is an open class and we strongly recommend wearing masks during the activity if you are not fully vaccinated. We ask you abide by the guidance provided by the CDC and the State of NJ.
