Adirondack winery will be hosting a Make Your Own Holiday Charcuterie Board class in their gorgeous brand-new private event space overlooking the winery with Chef Eric Hudson of Hudson’s Private Chef Services! Chef Eric will walk you through step by step as you build your very own picture-perfect charcuterie board. He’ll teach you how to pair meats and cheeses, how to create the perfect salami flower, and how to make your board the star of the show at your holiday festivities.
Each attendee gets a wine bottle-shaped charcuterie board engraved with the Adirondack Winery logo, which you can use to build your board on, and you even get to take it home with you! Or, if you're coming with a group of friends you can make a giant, beautiful board together in class to create the instagrammable WOW look we all love!
Adirondack Winery co-owner, Sasha Pardy, will conduct a wine tasting session of 7 wines for you to enjoy while you pick your charcuterie foods out (note these are small samples, ends up being about 1 glass of wine and you get to take the souvenir glass home with you)! They will have beer, cider, cocktails and more wines available to order as well!
After you complete the board, you get to feast on your hard work! You’ll leave the class with an adorable wooden wine bottle charcuterie board and the skills you need to create a charcuterie board at your holiday festivities that will have everyone talking.
