Chef Victoria will guide you from start to finish on how to bake these delicious gluten free treats. Learn the ins and outs of the Swiss style macaron versus the French style with three different fillings: Lemon curd, Espresso Ganache, and Buttercream. Following this hands-on cooking class, guests will enjoy a family-style dinner with Chef Victoria. You won’t want to miss our first ever Macaron Baking Class!

About the Cooking School Experience

Participants will gather inside the kitchen for your cooking class demonstration. After the lesson, guests will enjoy a family style dinner in our Tasting Room. Please note, that you may be grouped together with other cooking class participants during the hands-on portion of the class.

Each attendee receives 2 drink tickets redeemable for your choice of pre-selected red or white Pippin Hill wine. Upon arrival, please check-in with our team who will give you your 2 drink tickets, the recipes to follow along, and an apron for the evening. Wines by the bottle are available for sale for you to take home.

Price of your ticket covers the cooking class for $135 and a 20% service charge.
