We'll have a guided tasting of two two iconic single malt Scotch whisky distilleries, Macallan and Highland Park. Both are owned by Edrington, and both renowned for their distinct styles, heritage, and premium positioning in the whisky world.

Macallan (Speyside) is known for its rich, smooth, and full-bodied style with a focus on sherry cask maturation, and Highland Park (Islands) is known for its balanced combination of light peat smoke, heather honey, and sherry-cask influence – a unique Highland/Islands hybrid profile.

Lots of great info will be provided by Alex Thibault, Area Manager for Erdington, who'll be leading the guided tasting.
