For me, food always tastes even better on vacation. One of my favorite meals is a delicious lunch at an outdoor cafe on the streets of Paris. Learn how to recreate these beautiful dishes in between your travel adventures!
Menu may include:
Croque Monsieur Bites - Béchamel, Gruyere Cheese and Jambon
Braised Leeks with Champagne Vinaigrette
Smoked Trout Salad with Cucumbers, Heirloom Potatoes and Dijon Dressing
Moules Marinieres - Mussels, Fennel, White Wine and Grilled Country Bread
Classic Steak Frite with Maitre d’Hotel butter
Tarte Tatin - Caramelized Apple Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Our public classes include a combination of hands-on work and demonstration. Tickets include two complimentary drinks (wine, sparkling wine, craft beer or non-alcoholic beverages), complimentary valet or self-parking. A 20% service charge is included.
