There is a good chance that the way you are sitting or standing at this very moment could be hurting your low back. Spend an afternoon with Dorene Adams, RN, MSN, E-RYT 500 learning more about the area of the body that tends to give people more troubles than any other part: the low back.
We will discuss healthy anatomy, functions of the spine and explore ways of improving strength and mobility through yoga. This class is suitable for students and teachers.
This workshop is not appropriate for anyone in acute, undiagnosed pain. This workshop will be a mixture of lecture and light practice.
