We've done a bunch of Locus versus events but we avoided the Bordeaux. Such heritage, such grandeur, such a massive intimidation factor. Alas, we put on big boy pants and decided to do it. We will put up our 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2017 Merlot and the Modo White against comparable bottles from Bordeaux region and see who wins. With food pairings, of course.
