During this 90 minute experience, Wine Educator Missa Capozzo (CSW, WSET3, FWS) will present 5 wines within the Hardwick Winery portfolio paired with 5 unique flavors of local artisanal cheeses from Smith's Country Cheese. Each registration includes a flight of 5 wines (3 ounces each) and 5 different cheeses.
Smith’s Country Cheese has been a family-owned-and-operated, working dairy farm and creamery for over thirty years. Their 200 Holstein cows live a happy life on 43 rural acres in Winchendon, MA. At Smith’s, old-fashioned family traditions and hard work are combined to produce award-winning farmstead Gouda, cheddar, and Havarti cheeses. They use traditional recipes and fresh, raw milk from their farm to make delicious, artisanal cheeses.
This class is part of a 2-class series. You may purchase only one of the two for $55, or you can choose to add-on the second class for the discounted price of $43. This is a 21+ event.
