Second Seating: 8:30pm - 10:30pm

Join us for a very special dinner collaboration with alaMar and Lion Dance Cafe! Our fully vegan menu will kick off with passed bites during the welcome reception followed by a seated dinner featuring four delectable courses plus a specialty cocktail. The menu will highlight the bridges between Chef Nelson and Lion Dance Cafe's heritages, featuring colorful seasonal produce from our local farmers' markets.

About Lion Dance Cafe:
James Beard semifinalists C-Y Chia (they/them) and Shane Stanbridge (he/him) are the duo behind Michelin recognized Lion Dance Cafe. They marry their Singaporean, Chinese and Italian backgrounds with local produce and housemade ferments for a unique and award-winning flavor profile, defined as "Authentic, not Traditional."
