On Wednesday, September 29 at 6:00 p.m., Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse presents a four-course beer pairing dinner at its Terravita location featuring craft sips from local brewery Wren House Brewing Company. Chef-crafted dishes to complement each beer include:
First Course — Beer Battered Fish and Chips with fried pickles and slaw paired with Wren House Big Spill Pils
Second Course — Marinated Pork Adobada Taco with avocado crema and serrano pico on a blue corn tortilla served with Wren House Arizona Star
Third Course — Smoked Brisket Mole with bean puree complemented by Wren House Spellbinder

Fourth Course — Chocolate Raspberry Cake with Jomax Stout reduction paired with Wren House Jomax Stout
