Leave the cooking to Liberty Station American Tavern and Smokehouse this Christmas! Preorders are now available for slow-smoked brisket and pork shoulder, as well as salads and sides, so hosts can present a delicious BBQ meal without spending hours manning the smoker! The Christmas To-Go options include:

From the smoker, price per pound:

Texas Brisket with Liberty BBQ sauce, $25

Carolina Pork Shoulder with Carolina BBQ sauce, $22

 

Sides, $9 per pint, serves two to three guests; $17 per quart, serves four to six guests:
