Liberty Station Presents Thanksgiving Dine-In And To-Go Options NOV. 27

This year, Liberty Station American Tavern is offering up two ways for guests to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast without the hassle—with dine-in service on Thursday, Nov. 27 and to-go options that are now available for preorder.

 

The Liberty Station Thanksgiving To-Go Feast includes the following:

 

Half-pound Sliced Smoked Turkey

Mac and Cheese

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Stuffing

Green Beans

Cranberry Sauce

Homestyle Gravy

House Bread

Pumpkin or Apple Pie

 

Orders must be placed by Sunday, Nov. 23 (or while supplies last!), and the cost is $40++ per person. Pickup times will be scheduled upon order, between 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26 or between 11 a.m. and noon on Thursday, Nov. 27. Call 480-595-9930 to place an order.

 

On Thanksgiving Day, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., guests can enjoy dine-in service featuring the following three-course prix fixe menu:

 

Appetizer ($10), choice of one:

Liberty Salad

Classic Caesar Salad

New England Clam Chowder

Tomato Bisque

 

Entrée ($33), choice of one:

Traditional Turkey Dinner with sliced smoked turkey, green beans, chef’s stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and turkey gravy

Grilled Salmon with green beans, mashed potatoes and BBQ sauce

One Pound of Texas Brisket or Carolina Pork Shoulder with a choice of two sides, including green beans, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw or cornbread

 

Dessert ($12), choice of one:

               Apple Pie

               Pumpkin Pie

               Chocolate Cake

 

The cost for this prix fixe meal is $50++. A la carte prices are listed above. A children’s menu will also be available.

 

Shareables to complement the meal include:

Firecracker Shrimp—Tempura-battered shrimp with Thai sweet chili sauce, $15

Tavern Tots—Yukon potato hash, pepper jack and poblano cream, $12

Deviled Eggs with smoked paprika, Tabasco and bacon, $14

Green Chili Pork Stew featuring braised pork shoulder, pepper jack and roasted poblano served with a flour tortilla, $16

Brisket Quesadilla with brisket, pepper jack, roasted poblano, house-made pico and sour cream, $16

 

The following featured cocktails can also complement diners’ orders:

 

Spiced Apple Old Fashioned with Maker’s Mark and spiced apple

Spiced Apple French 75 made with Zephyr Gin, spiced apple, fresh lemon and Brut Sparkling
