Cost: 5-Course Wine Dinner $100/person (excludes tax & 18% gratuity)

Don't miss a fantastic evening discussing (and tasting!) the differences between left bank and right bank Bordeaux wines!

We are thrilled to announce our next dinner series, in a very special format! We'll feature two evenings in a row, including an evening at our Mission/Pacific Beach location, Drift Cafe! For our 2nd June series, we're so excited to announce a slightly different approach to our typical dinner format. Instead of the traditional 5 course dinner, we'll feature a 3-entree dinner, each small entree will be paired with a side-by-side comparison of two Bordeaux wines. This will equate to as much food as a 5-course dinner, but a bit more wine, as we'll feature 6 wines instead of the usual 5. Crowd favorite, Olivier Tonnerre will join us for the evening to impart wine wisdom on the different wineries presented, and ultimately, the difference between wines from the Left Bank of Bordeaux versus the Right Bank of Bordeaux. Since this dinner will feature a bit more wine, we've added in an optional dessert course and pairing. You can add on one or both, to share or for each person in your party, during registration. You won't want to miss this very special evening of wine, food, wine-knowledge and conversation!

Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of wine, food and educational insights! Seating is limited. Please see below for additional dinner details and a registration link.

2019 Chateau Roumieu Sauternes ($6 / 2oz pour)

Personal (3oz) Blue Cheese Board with Dried Fruit + Nuts ($6)

** Technically you can share both of these, but please note it is a single serving size, 2 oz of wine and 3 oz of varietal blue cheeses. If you like Sauternes and/or blue cheese, I would recommend 1 glass/1 board for each person. If you're on the fence about both, you can likely share a single serving of both between 2 people**

Please note, this is two required questions you'll need to answer during registration, to ensure we have enough of both items on hand. If you do not want one or either, please just answer "no" during registration.
