Sommelier’s Selected Beaujolais wine pairings will be an option as well. Prices exclude tax and gratuity. Regular menu items will be served during the celebration.
In addition, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on November 18, there will be a splash table with complimentary tastings of Nouveau as well as live music on the holiday and over the weekend.
The prix fixe will include Quenelle Mere Brazier, salmon and scallop mousse and brandy lobster bisque paired with Domaine Dupuebele, Beaujolais Blanc 2020; Coq au Beaujolais, Beaujolais marinated chicken leg and thigh, bacon lardons, baby carrots, button mushrooms, pearl onions and egg noodles paired with Alex Foillard, Brouilly, Cru Beaujolais 2018; and Mulled Beaujolais Poached Bosc Pear with spiced Beaujolais, cassis and pistachio ice cream paired with Georges Dubœuf, Beaujolais Nouveau 2021.
Beaujolais Nouveau is a traditional French holiday celebrated on the third Thursday of November every year to herald the release of Beaujolais Nouveau wine. Made from the Gamay grape, the wine is similar to a light bodied Pinot Noir and has a fresh, fruity flavor that pairs well with autumn dishes.
