Wine lovers can “drink in” the summertime at LDV Winery Tasting Room with cool wine-centric activities and events throughout the month of July including:
Sip ‘n Snip Flower Class — Guests can enjoy their favorite LDV wines while creating a stunning floral arrangement with guidance from award-winning Floral Artist Karin Crawford. Course includes a complimentary glass of wine, grazing board by Benedict’s Catering, tutorial and supplies and materials to create a take-home flower arrangement. Cost is $130 plus tax and gratuity.

Summer Wine Circle — LDV Winery’s “non-wine club” highlights a different Arizona wine each month, while comparing and contrasting it with a LDV Winery varietal. Members can taste and talk their way through each social session. Cost is $75 per month, which includes two wines per month, wine tasting and nibbles plus lively wine discussions.

Cork Crafting Happy Hour
Wine and craft lovers are invited to get creative with corks while they sip their way through a fun crafting session led by LDV’s “crafty Susan.” Event includes corks, glue guns and all the inspiration needed for guests to create their own unique craft project to take home. Cost is $45 plus tax and gratuity and includes instructions, materials and a complimentary glass of wine. Cork projects can be determined prior to class; additional supplies may need to be purchased by attendees depending on the project concept.

Vineyard to Table Supper Club — This month’s event proves extra special as winemakers by day and chefs by night Peggy and Curt Dunham (owners of LDV Winery) take over the wine and cuisine duties for the evening. The intimate gathering (limited to just 20 guests) features a multi-course meal expertly paired with LDV wines. Cost is $140 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

LDV Winery also hosts its popular Le Nez du Vin (Aromatherapy for Wine Lovers) classes as well as customized Wine and Cheese Pairing and Wine and Chocolate Pairing events that can be arranged by calling the Tasting Room.
