LB Steak Bishop Ranch in San Ramon will be open Friday, December 24 from 11:30 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. serving holiday menu additions starting at 4:00 P.M. The regular à la carte dinner menu will be available all day, a kids menu will be offered to those 12 years and under, and there will be pick up and delivery options for the regular menu but not the holiday additions. Those additions will be Rosemary Porchetta/$38.00 with Wagyu mashed potatoes, sautéed winter greens and blueberry shallot jam; Surf and Turf/$80.00 with 6 oz. filet, grilled half lobster, chimichurri compound butter, herb roasted fingerling potatoes and gremolata; and a Hot Toddy Pot de Crème/$14.00 with a shortbread biscuit.
