LB Steak at City Center Bishop Ranch in San Ramon will be celebrating their 1st anniversary from Monday, May 23 through Friday, May 27 by offering a $110.00 four-course prix fixe meal, including a glass of Champagne to start, that highlights LB Steak menu favorites from over the past year. As a thank you to the community, 15% of sales from the special anniversary prix fixe will be donated to the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation (https://www.srvef.org/) which is the primary fundraising organization working in partnership with the San Ramon Valley Unified School District to provide financial support and promote public education.

The special menu will be available for lunch and dinner, in addition to the restaurant’s regular menus, and the price does not include beverages, tax or gratuity. Prix fixe selections will be a Spring Salad with strawberries, endive, celery, Chioggia beets, sugar snap peas and a honey mint vinaigrette; Maine Lobster Bisque with fresh Maine lobster and chive; Surf and Turf, USDA Prime Angus filet mignon and grilled shrimp with black truffle puréed potato and grilled asparagus; and Chocolate Molten Cake with vanilla ice cream and Valrhona chocolate syrup.

LB Steak is a modern American steakhouse led by culinary icon Chef Roland Passot. The seasonally inspired menu features hand-cut Prime Angus steaks sourced from the Midwest and imported A5 Japanese Wagyu (aged and hand cut in the on-premises butcher shop), plus sustainably sourced seafood (including raw and chilled preparations), premium poultry and memorable desserts.

The bar at LB Steak showcases artisan, craft cocktails rooted in steakhouse tradition. The whiskey and bourbon selections are especially notable with libations from the United States, Japan and Scotland. A comprehensive range of domestic and imported wines selected by Wine Director and Sommelier Serena Harkey pays homage to tradition with a large portion of the list dedicated to standouts among Bordeaux varietals, primarily Cabernet Sauvignon.

Designed by Arcsine, the LB Steak concept was inspired by the textures and motifs of cattle ranchers’ apparel: think bolo ties, braiding details, and leather and suede accents. The sleek décor includes dark, textured wood, leather chairs throughout the main dining area, a bar fronted with leather and a back bar with brass accents, modern ceiling light fixtures and wine walls bracketing the dining room. An outdoor patio features fire pits and a comfortable seating area.
