Lana Lagomarsini is an NYC-based chef with 15 years of culinary experience and is currently featured on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 22, Destination Canada.
Throughout high school and college, Lana’s love for cooking grew exponentially until she could no longer ignore the signs to pursue her passion.
Lana’s approach is rooted in African-American cooking, drawing from culinary traditions interpreted through a fine dining lens.
A graduate of Northeastern University and The Culinary Institute of America, Lana has honed her skills in the Michelin-starred kitchens of restaurants like Gramercy Tavern, Daniel, and Blue Hill at Stone Barns.
She has also traveled the world and apprenticed under acclaimed chefs, including Francis Mallmann on his island in Patagonia.
