We are very excited to announce our next wine dinner at our La Mesa/Lake Murray location, Brew Coffee! For our December offering, we're very excited to announce a fantastic line up of wines focused around holiday flavors! Most of the wines on this list were hugely popular and have been reordered, just for this event. Chef Erin will present an eclectic variety of selections from Sonoma, Paso Robles and Santa Barbara. The common theme for these wines is that they are all perfect for the winter months and the upcoming holidays! Each wine will be paired with its own winter themed dinner course. You won’t want to miss this latest seasonal menu. Chef Erin will also walk attendees through a dynamic conversation of wine, food, terroir and winery highlights. Expect a wonderful evening of wine, food and insights.
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
