This Fall, The Kitchen Table is headed upstate to the beautiful Uppershire Campsites for a weekend of delicious food, canoeing on the pond and communication workshops led my relationship and sex therapist Shavon Gaddy - Dalrymple, LMSW. All tickets include 3 prepared meals a day (from arrival lunch on Friday until to go lunches on Sunday), beer and wine with dinner, access to workshops, group evening activites, access to the entire Uppershire property, including a canoe and parking. It also includes a camp spot to set up your tent.

Don't wanna camp? Glamping options are available, like the A-Frame cabin by the pond and a brand new airstream for four, which you can add on to your package. You can also request a one on one or couples session with Shavon during the retreat for extra healing time.
