Each month we'll feature a winery and give you the unique opportunity to mingle personally with the winemaker or their representatives.

You’ll also enjoy a delectable four-course dinner, curated by Bambara Executive Chef Adam Resnick, which will pair perfectly with these superb wines.

Tickets are $100.00 per person, inclusive of taxes & gratuity, for a delicious 4-course dinner paired with wines.

Our first wine dinner is scheduled for Thursday, January 29th and will feature JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery. JUSTIN believes wine should be exceptional from every angle. They combine traditional Old-World methods—like hand-harvesting and small-barrel aging in French oak—with New World technology. JUSTIN planted their first vineyard back in 1981 with a mission to make world-class Bordeaux-style blends. Since then, they’ve expanded their knowledge of viticulture in this unique region as well as their acreage.

We invite you to discover and savor their award-winning traditions that start with their limestone-rich soil in Paso Robles, California and culminate with world-class blends.

During the dinner, guests will hear and learn more about JUSTIN’s wines including how they are sorted, aged, tasted, blended, and why they were selected to accompany the January 29th menu:
