• Apple cider brined pork tenderloin on brioche toast, apple compote, baby greens with Prosecco vinaigrette & brie

2021 Joseph Phelps Pinot Noir

• Sopressata meatballs, home made mushroom agnolotti, toasted garlic baguette with Romano

2021 Joseph Phelps Cabernet Sauvignon

• Chicken roulade with fennel sausage. Plum glaze, micro-greens, with beets & toasted pine nuts.

2021 Joseph Phelps Insignia

• Intense dark chocolate ice cream sandwich with bourbon vanilla ice cream & blackberry dipping sauce

Seated Tasting

At 2pm, the Cuvee Cellars staff will pour everyone the first wine, the Chandon Etoile Brut. Ashley will tell us all about Moët Hennessy and the qualities of the Chandon Etoile that make it so special. 

After enjoying the Etoile Brut and a short pause, the Cuvee Cellars staff will pour the 2nd wine. Again, Ashley will describe the nuances of the wine and the unique characteristics on the harvest. The event continues until all four wines are sampled and discussed.

Each taste will be paired with a specially prepared bite that brings out the characteristics of the wine.

Following the tasting, guest will be invited to purchase these wines and have them packaged for gift giving.
