Reimagining Us proudly presents the inaugural installment of our "Meet the Chef" Dinner Series, where we embark on a flavorful exploration of culture, heritage, and personal stories through the art of cuisine. Our mission is to reimagine the immigrant experience, one dish at a time, and we invite you to be part of this extraordinary adventure.

• Tiradito: Fish of the day, aji amarillo leche de tigre, avocado, tobiko. (Family-style)
• Crispy Yuca: Fried yuca with aji amarillo emulsion. (Family-style)
• Arroz con Pato: Duck leg, green rice, pickled fennel & onion, spicy cherry emulsion. (Main)
• Dessert

Drinks: Bring your own beverages (BYOB) to complement your dining experience.

Ticket: $120, which includes the cost of food, tips, taxes, and ticket fees.

ABOUT OSCAR LORENZZI: Born in Peru’s culinary capital, Lima, Oscar has spent two decades working his way through the ranks of New York City’s restaurant scene. Oscar worked at Man Ray, L’Escale and Gaia before joining Andy D’Amico of Chef Driven Group to develop the successful 5 Napkin Burger franchise. Oscar then moved on to lead Marseille and Nice Matin as Chef de Cuisine. After a decade with Chef Driven Group, Oscar became Executive Chef of Graydon Carter’s renowned Waverly Inn. Oscar ran the kitchen for two years keeping Waverly’s star-studded guest list full and happy. Oscar returned to Chef Driven Group in 2018, overseeing the kitchen at Nice Matin while helping develop plans for his dream project, Contento.

ABOUT CONTENTO: "Aside from the acclaimed Peruvian inspired cuisine, award winning wine list and stellar overall beverage program Contento's real passion is hospitality. This comes in many forms but starts at the heart with the staff, treating each other respectfully and kindly and emanates out to our guests every evening. With deep ties within the disability community in Harlem and beyond, Contento is dedicated to using its resources and space as an example of what can be done with small modifications: a wider swath of people can be served and welcomed into our space. We are dedicated to inclusion and in 2023 will be utilizing our space and resources for more programming focused on social sustainability for all."
